Welcome to the Maintenance Permits Application

The Maintenance Permits system allows users to create Maintenance Permit applications and submit them to MDT. Users can also view a history of permits that they have submitted and see the status of the permit.

Using this Maintenance Permits Application service, users can:

  • Complete an application for a Montana Department Maintenance Permit.
  • Upload attachments to the application.
  • View applications and approved permits.

Your initial access to the Maintenance Permit Application service is a two-step process. To begin, you must have an Okta Montana account to log-in securely to the application.
