The U.S. Department of Labor issued General Decision Number MT 180080 for Highway Construction Projects effective March 2, 2018. There are numerous increases to the various worker classification wage rates and fringes amounts. The Federal Wage Rates found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal are hereby replaced with the attached: FEDERAL WAGE RATES

The note for Estimated Quantities for concrete on Sheet B3 should be in cubic feet - not cubic yards as shown.

Cascade East Bridge Plans, sheet B3, Estimated quantities for the Geofoam in the sidewalk vault shows 110.286 cu. yds. Are there other locations or is this the only location for the geofoam? For the vault shown I come up with around 4 cu. yds. of geofoam?
