The U.S. Department of Labor issued General Decision Number MT 180080 for Highway Construction Projects effective March 2, 2018. There are numerous increases to the various worker classification wage rates and fringes amounts. The Federal Wage Rates found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal are hereby replaced with the attached: FEDERAL WAGE RATES

The Railroad Flagging agreement indicates that there is zero daily train traffic. This can be found in Exhibit C 105.03d.

There is a bid item for "Miscellaneous Items: 15 SF". I cannot find any specific reference in the plans or specs for what this work is for. Can you clarify?

Miscellaneous Items (SF) is payment for minor concrete repairs as noted on Sheet B3 in "Substructure Repair Notes".
