The U.S. Department of Labor issued General Decision Number MT 180080 for Highway Construction Projects effective March 2, 2018.  There are numerous increases to the various worker classification wage rates and fringes amounts.  The Federal Wage Rates found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal are hereby replaced with the attached:  FEDERAL WAGE RATES

This contract calls for 10 working days. This is very tight for all work to be complete and does not allow for any lag time between Contractor operations for the different types of work. Will MDT consider changing the working days to 20 or change the flex time NTP to August 1 to allow the Contractor more flexibility to schedule the project?

Contract Time - Flex Time Proceed Date is hereby revised as follows:  The effective Notice to Proceed date is changed to August 1, 2018.
