Proposal #26 Sign Bridge Column Painting, says that the method of measurement and payment is under lump sum of Paint Structure. There is not a bid item for Paint Structure will there be an a amendment to add that bid item?

Pay quantity calls for 67.8 LF and at bridge 06949 bent 3, this location is only 34 lf +/-
There are 2 joints, I only see just the one location per the plans.

This structure was widened in the early 90’s. As-built drawing number 6768 shows the original construction with a roadway width of 28 feet. As-built drawing number 15048 shows the widened structure which is 59’-4” from face of barrier to face of barrier. In addition there is a 5-foot wide sidewalk.
