Attachment A includes two items that the contractor is to bid on but does not exist in the first segment of this project.  Those two items, Posts Tubular Steel and Reset Signs, can have large variance in pricing based off the specifics of the work involved.  For instance, are the Posts Tubular Steel pipe locations with MT Std Breakaways, pipe on saddle brackets that mount on concrete barrier, what size pipe, etc.  The Reset Signs could be Steel U Posts or Wood poles that are fairly simple to reset vs foundations that require new concrete, rebar cages, breakaway assemblies, etc.  Please provide more detail to allow the contractor to bid this accurately.

Resets of Posts Tubular Steel supports are not anticipated for this project.  The resets that can be expected are wood posts and possibly square tubular sign posts.  Rebar in the foundations will not be required in these instances.  The Posts Tubular Steel was expected to be for saddle mount on median barrier rail.
