1) Do you have a geotechnical report for the underground utilities on this project?
2) Plan sheet 13 Culvert summary Cl 2 72" 58 lf Sta. 8+10. Where is this located on the Plans?
3) Will Work on the storm and Irrigation pipe be able to start early in the year before Irrigation water comes in?

1) MDT does not have an underground utility geotechnical report. However, there was a Geotechnical Engineering - Alignment Report and Logs of Boring that were completed during project design.
Attached are PDF Files of the available project alignment and/or structures geotechnical report(s), geotechnical report supplements, and geotechnical laboratory summaries. There is remaining geotechnical information that is voluminous and very difficult to compile in a concise manner. Contractors are welcome to come to MDT Headquarters to inspect rock samples taken for the project that are stored here or to look through the complete set of Geotechnical field investigation notes, laboratory testing, analytical, or other data in our project files. It should be noted that the project may have undergone significant changes during the design process after the original geotechnical report and supplements were issued. Thus, some of the information contained in these documents may be out of date or not applicable with regard to the advertised project. Some of the changes include, but are not limited to: Project splits (for funding, ROW issues, etc.); alignment and grade changes; and changes due to environmental factors (sensitive areas, etc.). 2) Plan sheet 27 shows the location of the culvert in question. It is located on the approach off CR 351.
3) Yes, work can commence any time after the Notice to Proceed (NTP), which is November 16, 2018.

1. The overhead power line on the north side of East Holly street is shown to be relocated. What is the location it is to be relocated to? When is relocation going to happen and will it be Overhead or underground?
2. Bid item 0510-604-010-085 84" type 3 Manhole 1 EA. In your Culvert Summary you have 2 EA MH 101 and 102 on the 52X36" Irrigation line shown on plan sheet 57 and 1 EA on Storm Drain Summary MH 8 on Plan sheet 53 STA 122+73. Will this quantity be up dated?

1. The power line will be relocated to the North of the irrigation ditch and be overhead. Coordinate with MDU for the exact location and time frame for when this will happen. Refer to the STATUS OF UTILITIES and UTILITY COORDINATION SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Special Provisions for contact information and special requirements.
2. An addendum will be issued to revise Bid Item No. 604 010 085 MANHOLE-84 IN (2100 MM) TYPE 3 quantity to 3.00 EACH.
