The specs and plans do not give enough information to determine the design thickness for the CIPP liner. Can you please provide this:
1) Depth of pipe
2) Groundwater level
3) Soil density
4) Soil modulus

1) Depth of the pipe varies from inlet to outlet. Please use the information in the cross sections to estimate the depth of pipe.
2) The assumed groundwater level varies from the approximate culvert invert elevation at the inlet, to the stream level elevation at the outlet. Seasonal variation should be anticipated.
3) Embankment soil density was not measured directly. Based on field observations of the embankment fill material, MDT estimates the embankment fill soil to have a density of 130lbs/cu.ft. (+/- 10lbs/cu.ft.).
4) Embankment soil modulus was not measured directly. Based on field observations of the embankment fill material, MDT estimates the embankment fill soil to have a Young's Modulus in excess of 160 MPa.
