The special provision states to use all of the milled material in the shoulder widening. Does this material have to be blended with virgin aggregates before laying it down, or can we lay the material down and supplement it with virgin, if needed?

Cold Millings used as shoulder gravel doesn't need to be blended with virgin material.

Can you please provide more detail as to what is being accomplished with the guardrail work on this project? The stationing between remove, new, and left or right does not make any sense. One set of stationing nets 0 ft but has work that adds up to nearly 80 ft?

The From Station on the third line in the Guardrail Frame should be 1684+28.30. The length of rail replaced on both sides will be 75' with the 28.1' transition section. The revised sheet can be found at the following link: REVISED PLAN SHEET 6
