Can the chipping on the crossover be in conjunction with the main line chipping and if so can the CRS-2P be changed to CHFRS-2P.

Chipping on the mainline can be in conjunction with the crossover chipping. In addition, the CRS-2P requirement for the crossover can be changed to CHFRS-2P.
