The General Wage Decision found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal is hereby replaced with the attached version. The U.S. Department of Labor issued the revised Wage Decision on January 4, 2019. The effective date and revisions to the first paragraph are the only changes. Please furnish the pre-paving IRI numbers for this project. Special provisions #24 and #27, regarding the ride category, are in conflict with each other. We request that MDT delete special provision #27.

The pre-paving IRI numbers for this project are 80 West Bound and 78 East Bound. Delete Special Provision # 24, Ride Specification Category (Single) from the proposal.

The signing in this plan does not take into consideration June 2018 changes to Sign Sheeting requirements. I would ask MDT to provide revised Sheets S1-S4.
