The General Wage Decision found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal is hereby replaced with the attached version. The U.S. Department of Labor issued the revised Wage Decision on January 4, 2019. The effective date and revisions to the first paragraph are the only changes. An April 29th, 2019 NTP may prove challenging given the climate on Lost Trail Pass. Is it possible that we may see a later NTP date or flexible date to accommodate for the tight weather window?

There is an item for Final Sweep and Broom. It appears all locations will be fog sealed over the chip seal. Clarify the location where a final sweep may be required.

The Final Sweep and Broom is required for the UPN 9301000, Stevensville - South project from Sta. 66+68.70 to Sta. 124+27.10 where the chip seal will not have a fog seal.
