The General Wage Decision found in Section II or III of the bid package proposal is hereby replaced with the attached version.  The U.S. Department of Labor issued the revised Wage Decision on January 4, 2019.  The effective date and revisions to the first paragraph are the only changes.  There were no changes to actual wage rates or zone pay distances/locations.  GENERAL WAGE DECISION

1) Can you provide more detail on the hydrant removal/replacement?
2) Verify the water main is in the boulevard on the West side of the road?
3) How deep is the main?
4) What size is the main?
5) Will a live tap be required?

The contractor will need to coordinate with Evergreen Water and Sewer and Evergreen Fire for specifics in regards to the hydrant removal and replacement work. The contact information for Evergreen Water and Sewer is Joe Musialowski at (406) 257-5861 and for Evergreen Fire it is Ben Covington at 406-752-4636.

For the NH 5-3(138)113 US 93 - Idaho to Grandview portion of the work, sheet 12 of the plans ( detail for Street Excavation and Sidewalk ) notes that the "0.30 Crushed Aggregate Course" under the asphalt for the new curb patching is "## Measured For Payment", however on the summary sheet ( sheet 8 of the plans ) under the "Additional Surfacing" frame, there is no quantity for Crushed Aggregate Course provided. Please provide the appropriate quantity needed for this work.

Plan sheet #8 of the US 93-Idaho to Grandview (Kal) project has been updated to include 14.0 Cubic Yards of Crushed Aggregate Course for asphalt replacement that coincides with the curb and gutter replacement.  An addendum will be issued to revise the quantity.  An updated plan sheet is linked here:
