On the Bid Proposal it states that the 30" pipe(Item number 603 012 925) needs to be RCP, when you get into the the plans on page 10 it has RCP, Steel, Aluminium, and Corrugated Polyethylene, can you please confirm which pipe we need to quote.

RCP is the basic bid item, however, the plans allow different pipe material options: steel, aluminum or plastic. The contractor can bid either of the pipe materials options indicated in the summary frame.

Decorative Concrete Median Cap: "Use a colorconditioning admixture, single-component, pigmented, water reducing, concrete admixture, factory formulated and packaged in cubic yard increments" This seems proprietary to one manufacturer. Will the department allow a product supplied by other manufactures to integrally color the concrete?

Sheet 21 (Longitudinal Contraction Joint - At Apron): Is this detail for the circulating roadway joint?
Sheets 21 and 22 and the summary: ({21} PCCP Mountable Curb Joint detail, {22}Curb and Gutter Joint detail) both of these details show 10" PCCP and the summary and other details call for 9" PCCP: Are the references to 10" PCCP in error?

Sheets 25 and 27 (inside corners) show areas of colored PCCP: 1. What separates the PCCP from the colored PCCP? 2. Sheet 23 (PCCP Joint Layout): there are longitudinal contraction joints shown in the colored PCCP areas, is this to be a construction joint?

1. A construction joint separates the PCCP from the colored PCCP.
2. The joints shown as longitudinal contraction joints in the colored PCCP areas on Sheet 23 and 24 are hereby changed to construction joints. Install a construction joint between the PCCP and the Colored PCCP. Please review Detailed Drawing 501-00 for longitudinal construction joint details.
