Due to the inclement weather in North Central, Montana and safety concern for those traveling, the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, as outlined in Special Provision No. 3 of this contract will have two additional alternate ways to meet the mandatory attendance requirement. 

The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will take place, as scheduled, at the following location: 

Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM
Blackfeet TERO Conference Room
65 Blackweasel Road
Browning, MT 59417

In addition, Prime Contractors may alternatively attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid by either:

1) Attending an alternative meeting location on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the:
MDT Great Falls District Office Conference Room
200 Smelter Ave NE
Great Falls, MT 59403

2) Directly calling the Blackfeet TERO Office at (406) 338-5414

Is the State providing construction staking on the above mentioned project or is it the responsibility of the contractor?

MDT will stake all R/W breaks along with the new cattle guard locations.  MDT will provide this information to the contractor.
