Is a distributor truck going to be allowed to drive on the paths? Are we going to be responsible if truck breaks up any of the path?

Please reference the following specification subsections:
108.06 METHODS AND EQUIPMENT - "Do not use equipment that damages the roadway..."
107.08 LOAD RESTRICTIONS - "Repair damaged roadways and structures resulting from construction operation at Contractor expense."
Additionally, there is one pedestrian bridge within the project limits (Library Path station 315+87) that has a 10-ton weight limit.
