Due to the flooding and closure of I-90 southeast of Billings preventing attendance of interested contractors to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held on Monday, March 25^th, a 2^nd Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for:
 
Monday, April 1^st at 10:00 a.m.

Billings, MT 59101
 
Attendance at this conference is mandatory for any Contractor to submit a bid as a prime bidder. Contractors who bid as a prime bidder on this project must have at least one full time, permanent employee present. No proxy representatives, such as subcontractors or consultants, meet this requirement. In the event a prime bidder tenders a bid but did not attend the pre-bid conference, the bid will be returned unopened.
 
Please note:  Contractors who attended the first mandatory pre-bid conference ARE NOT required to attend the 2^nd conference to submit a bid.

Would MDT please consider changing Crack filling mastic to lbs of material instead of LF. As we can figure your estimated lbs is way off. Last fall you put a bid out by lbs in kalispell & maintenance does also by the lb.

The method of measurement for Item No. 403 010 258 CRACK FILLING-MASTIC will remain as Linear Feet.  The estimate for pounds (LB) of Crack Filling - Mastic shown on Plan Sheet 4 is for information only.
