A conflict with the transition to overlay at the beginning of the project was recently identified. The overlay will not work with the median curb and curb and gutter at the intersection with Midland Rd and the South Frontage Road. The plans have been updated to show a mill/fill from RP 0.130 to RP 0.207 and beginning the transition from mill to overlay at RP 0.207. As a result several plan sheets have been revised and surfacing and pavement marking quantities will be updated by Addendum. Revised sheets and a list of changes can be found at the following links:

The supplemental specification for Subsection 104.02.3 Significant Changes in the Character of Work incorrectly refers to Subsection 104.03.2. Both occurrences of 104.03.2 are hereby changed to 104.02.3.
