Because of the 2 monthly lettings the Question & Answer Forum (Q & A Forum or Forum) will stay open continuously. Questions may be submitted for each letting starting on the bid letting advertisement date through 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) on the Monday before the letting. If Monday is a state holiday, questions will be accepted through Friday at 3:00 p.m. prior to the bid letting.

It is the Contractor's responsibility to report errors, omissions or ambiguities in the bid package upon discovery. If an error is found in a bid package after the Q & A Forum is closed, it remains the contractors' responsibility to report the error to the engineer as stated in the Supplemental Special Provisions (Subdocument 102.06 - Examination of Documents and Site of Work)
